By accessing or using Vervia Careers ("the Platform"), operated by Vervia Careers LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not use our services.

2. Service Description

Vervia Careers provides AI-driven resume tailoring, job matching, and career coaching tools. While our Neural Engine aims to optimize your application based on ATS best practices, we do not guarantee employment, interviews, or specific career outcomes.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information on your resumes or job applications.
• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Neural Engine or our servers.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing a subscription or one-time pass, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Subscription plans auto-renew unless canceled prior to the billing date.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vervia Careers LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to lost wages or missed employment opportunities.
